Well the website, Politics 2008, Center of Elections has a pretty good collection of the more non-partisan blogs out there. It is really easy to navigate and some of the blogs are from major network news sources such as ABC and CNN. Also another good source to go to for this type of blogging is CNN's Political Ticker.
